Job Responsibilities
- Managing the front desk
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, determine their needs and assist them accordingly
- Answering all incoming calls (transferring calls, screening calls, taking messages)
- Efficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assemble income tax returns for distribution
- Scanning tax documents and other necessary paperwork
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Manage the upkeep of the office
- Have a friendly and positive attitude!
