Job Responsibilities
  • Managing the front desk
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, determine their needs and assist them accordingly
  • Answering all incoming calls (transferring calls, screening calls, taking messages)
  • Efficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assemble income tax returns for distribution
  • Scanning tax documents and other necessary paperwork
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Manage the upkeep of the office
  • Have a friendly and positive attitude!
